1. Booking agreement
By submitting a booking, the lead guest confirms that the supplied details are accurate, has authority to book for the group, and accepts these terms and the published cancellation and privacy policies.
2. Prices and confirmation
The base trip price covers one to four guests. Guests from number five are charged at the extra-person rate shown for the selected trip. Transfers, islands and optional services are added separately. A booking is confirmed only after Ferrari Speed Boat sends confirmation and any required payment is received.
3. Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide correct hotel and contact details, arrive at the agreed time, follow crew instructions, use safety equipment and disclose relevant medical, mobility or swimming concerns before departure. Children remain under the responsibility of their parent or guardian.
4. Route and schedule
Routes, timings, snorkeling stops and island access may change because of weather, safety, marine conditions, authority instructions or supplier availability. Reasonable equivalent alternatives may be provided.
5. Conduct and damage
Dangerous, abusive or illegal conduct may result in refusal or early termination without refund. The person responsible may be charged for deliberate or negligent damage to the boat or equipment.
6. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Ferrari Speed Boat is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer information, ignored safety instructions, personal belongings, or events reasonably outside its control.
